We have discontinued the label submission form due to reliability issues.

For all future drop shipping orders you must upload shipping labels to the Google Drive folder assigned to your account. Files must be labeled with the order number from our website (i.e. Label-1621.PDF, Packing_List-1621.PDF). Labels should have item numbers in reference column.

If you no longer have access to your folder, please contact your drop shipping advisor to request access.
